Who I am

I am a yoga teacher and artist in Upper Michigan. I am passionate, punctual, creative, thoughtful, energetic, enthusiastic, driven, inquisitive, authentic, detail oriented, imaginative, and organized. I value a good cup of coffee, life long education, and community stewardship. 

What I offer 

I offer artistic collaboration and yoga instruction. I offer motivation, patience, clear cuing, space, light-heartedness, attention, discipline, and opportunities to explore and connect with yourself and others.
