"Yoga for Athletes really helped me become a better athlete. With lifting and practicing on a consistent basis, I didn’t put much time in outside of this to work on my recovery or my flexibility. Once our team started to participate in yoga every week, I noticed a dramatic improvement of my flexibility, my breathing during workouts and even my strength. Mary worked with us based on how tired we were and adapted her class to be the most beneficial to how we were feeling, whether we needed recovery work or strength work.
